BUYER REBATE PROGRAMS

We have several buyer rebate programs to help you get the edge you need to buy the property you want:

30% Buyer Rebate Program

Here's how it works: Homes listed on the MLS typically offer a cooperative commission of around 2 or 3 percent of the purchase price to the agent that brings the buyer who closes on the property. When you use one of our agents to represent you in the purchase of any Illinois home listed on the MLS, we receive the cooperating commission offered by the seller and we share a portion of that commission with you, the buyer. You receive a rebate equal to 30% of the commission we receive at closing. It's as simple as that!

Custom Buyer Rebate Program

If you're an investor/buyer purchasing multiple properties with us, we will work out a Customized Rebate with you that will put your home buying power in high gear!

Please bear in mind that we can not represent you if you have already viewed a particular property, or if you have signed an Exclusive Buyer's Agency Agreement with another broker. In order for you to receive the buyer rebate we're offering, it must be clear that Midwest Premier Realty is representing you in the transaction.
