Flat Fee Listing
For a nominal fixed price, your property is listed on the MLS for 90 days. The listing will be an exclusive agency listing. This allows you to find a buyer yourself. If the buyer is represented by a Realtor, then you would be responsible for paying the buyer's agent comission. Included in the price are listings on major websites such as Realtor.com, ChicagoTribune.com, CraigslIst.com. Your listing will include up to Sixteen (16) photos of the property, supplied by you.

Premium Flat-Fee Listing
For a small premium fixed price, your property is listed on the MLS for 180 days. The listing will be an exclusive agency listing. Included in the price is everything from the basic flat-fee listing. In addition, you will receive a professional sign for your yard or window, a full listing price consultation including sold and active listing comparables, as well asup to sixteen (16) property photos (you supply the photos).

The yard sign is a professionally designed and fabricated 18"x24" sign made from either Aluminum (outdoor, single family residences) or corrugated plastic (indoor, condos/townhomes).
