For a nominal fixed price, your property is listed on the MLS for 90 days. The listing will be an exclusive agency listing. This allows you to find a buyer yourself. If the buyer is represented by a Realtor, then you would be responsible for paying the buyer's agent comission. Included in the price are listings on major websites such as Realtor.com, ChicagoTribune.com, CraigslIst.com. Your listing will include up to Sixteen (16) photos of the property, supplied by you.
