For a small premium fixed price, your property is listed on the MLS for 180 days. The listing will be an exclusive agency listing. Included in the price is everything from the basic flat-fee listing. In addition, you will receive a professional sign for your yard or window, a full listing price consultation including sold and active listing comparables, as well as up to sixteen (16) property photos (you supply the photos).
