If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel your Flat Fee listing at anytime within 7 calendar days of activation and receive a 100% refund of your listing fee minus a $50 processing fee (provided that your home is not already under contract to sell during that time!)
At any time during your listing period please let us know if you are considering switching to a full service listing. If you stay with us, or use one of the agents in our referral network and your home sells, we will refund 100% of your original listing fee at closing.

For a nominal fixed price, your property is listed on the MLS for 90 days. The listing will be an exclusive agency listing. This allows you to find a buyer yourself. If the buyer is represented by a Realtor, then you would be responsible for paying the buyer's agent comission. Included in the price are listings on major websites such as Realtor.com, Craigslist and many others. A full listing price consultation including sold and active listing comparables is also included in the price. Your listing will include up to Twenty Five (25) photos of the property, supplied by you.
A $100 savings with this package! For a small premium fixed price, your property is listed on the MLS for 180 days. The listing will be an exclusive agency listing. Included in the price is everything from the basic flat-fee listing. In addition, you will receive a professional sign for your yard or window, the use of a professional lockbox, This package also includes full color custom brochures, as well as up to twenty five (25) property photos (you supply the photos).
The basic flat-fee listing includes Twenty Five (25) property photos, which are supplied by you. The premium flat-fee listing also includes up to Twenty Five (25) photos to be supplied by you. We will take your Flat Fee Listing photographs for a fee of $75. The full service listing includes up to sixteen photos taken by us.

Our listings include one free price consultation. Additional price consultations are available for a nominal fee. These include a full comparative market analyis (CMA) including both sold and listed comps as well as market time analysis.
