For a nominal fixed price, your property is listed on the MLS for 90 days. The listing will be an exclusive agency listing. This allows you to find a buyer yourself. If the buyer is represented by a Realtor, then you would be responsible for paying the buyer's agent comission. Included in the price are listings on major websites such as Realtor.com, Craigslist and many others.
