The listing will be an exclusive agency listing.  Included in the price is everything from the basic flat-fee listing. In addition, you will receive a professional sign for your yard or window, the use of a professional lockbox, This package also includes full color custom brochures, as well as up to twenty five (25) property photos (you supply the photos).

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel your Flat Fee listing at anytime within 7 calendar days of activation and receive a 100% refund of your listing fee minus a $50 processing fee (provided that your home is not already under contract to sell during that time!)
